Jennifer C. Valerie, is a pastor’s wife, author, contributing writer, and homeschooling mother of two boys ages 8 and 7; lives on the Caribbean island of Dominica also known as "The Nature Isle of the Caribbean."  She is passionate about health and healing through natural methods; raw foods gave her an added dimension of energy and health which she shares with anyone who will listen.


Jennifer, blogs about marriage and healthy living and share some of her recipes on Our Fruitful Vine as well as at Insanely Simple! Salads. She desire to reach as many people both online and offline, echoing the Hallelujah Acres message that “You Don’t Have To Be Sick!”

Jennifer believes that God has put into our hands many, many foods that can heal or prevent sickness or disease. Faith coupled with the right eating habits can set anyone on the path to better health.

With Jennfier's Insanely Simple! Series of recipe e-books, her desire is to share that healthy eating really is Insanely Simple!
